The tongs, made of stain-resistant multilayer steel MLS33-VG10, consists of 33 layers of steel with an extra hard V-Gold 10-core, (61 +/- 1 HRC). The ergonomic handle made from food-safe material ensures perfect balance, and extra safety while cutting or picking up meat.
