RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We only accept returns on Damages and, Defective or Misrepresented products or incorrect items sent to you. In all these circumstances only, we issue refunds or exchanges. We cover the shipping cost in any of these scenarios. In order to keep our prices low, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges other than the reasons mentioned above. Refunds are process within 1 Business day of receiving the item back to our warehouse.
We offer 30 Days Warranty with all products directly with us except product with spicule warranty issued by Zepter International Canada (in written and/or with certificate). This means if the products breakdowns or malfunctions within the first 30 days of you receiving the product, you will ship the defective item back to us and we will either ship you a new one or issue you a refund for the defective item. The warranty doesn’t apply for miss use and /or miss handling.
